At Marcum Olive Oil, we maintain a sustainable growing method, free of pesticides, that promotes a healthy balance in our soil, and surrounding wildlife. Every olive is hand-picked, pressed within hours, stored in stainless steel (no plastic!) and bottled right here on the Central Coast of California.
Our estate grown Coratina and Itrana trees are native to Italy and produce oil that is famous for its high polyphenol content and long shelf life. Our oils have full flavor that holds up well to cooking.
Our primary focus is to bring you high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils that taste great and are good for you. As testament to our level of care, our olive oils have received numerous awards including: "Best of Show" and "Best in California" at the CA state competition, as well as the "Best of Show" and "Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the United States" from ATHENA's world competition in Greece.
In 2017, one of our children was allergic to all but 3 foods--with Marcum Olive Oil being one of them. That was when our passion for purity was truly elevated. Today, our certified EVOO continues to be the only oil she is not allergic to. We are happy to share our expertise in Olive Oil. Join us.
